Fun's commandments of Love and Life.

#1. Thou cans't love another until thy loveth thyself.
Thus meaning, you CANNOT love another fully and truly until you FULLY love and are proud and secure with WHO YOU ARE. Without a strong grasp of self, you can get lost in others expectations and lose who you are and then you can't be happy! If you don't know who you are, then how can you be happy?

#2. Never make someone your priority if they only make you your option.
This is for those really trying to make a relationship work. A relationship is all about teamwork and communication... if one person isn't on board.... where the hell are you going? Thus, if some guy or girl is always flaking... why bother if you are just a convenience?

Thats it. I keep it simple. By living these two rules, I've developed an extremely STRONG sense of self and now everything in front of me is black and white. Very few things that come across my plate are grey area concepts. It's a choice, simple as that. And with such a strong sense of self... I'm finding it easy to avoid doubt, because I trust myself. And trusting yourself comes from commandment #1.

Other things that can help!

Have a personal mantra, motto, or quote you live your life by. It can help remind you of who you are. "When in doubt, make a fool of yourself. There is a microscopically thin line between being brilliantly creative and acting like the most gigantic idiot on earth. So what the hell, leap." - Cynthia Heimel. This is my favorite quote ever, and it reminds me it's okay to go with my ideals. Another quote i love is "One who stands for nothing, will fall for anything." Hence why I hate smokers... I would never date a smoker... I hate being around smokers... but I would protest if they ever completely banned cigarettes in the states as then that would give way to someday them being able to ban alcohol (yes yes I know it will never happen prohibition anyone... but it's just an example people! haha)

When buying things... (A helpful tip for girls and guys)

If you are looking at something... and you are wondering if you should buy it for your wardrobe.. think of this.

#1. Do you love it to the point that you would pay double for it? This concept helps eliminate buying something simply because "it's a steal!" thus eliminating useless crap and clutter from your life and reduces spending.

#2. Do you already have anything in your closet that is similar, and if you buy this, would you be willing to trash (/donate) the older item to make room? The one in-one out concept helps to keep closet size modest.

By shopping with those rules... I've learned to reduce spending on useless stuff GREATLY. And thus it allows me to focus on quality over quantity... and become truly elegant in my style and lifestyle.



Lastly… I must remind people it is so much easier living an honest, open life. My only struggle currently is letting my family in with my PUA experiences… as far as they know, I’m dating around for the first time and having… well… FUN… and they are so excited simply for that fact and that’s all that matters as far as I’m concerned. But if they ever stumbled upon my words on Tara’s website or on Style's…. I’d explain how it’s really helped change my life for the better and I’m sure they’d be happy I was happy.
