Fun's Experiment : Date #2
Okay. So tonight = failure.... my fault. My sticking point.... 20 min before ejecting... I suck and tell him about the game...
Mostly because he's super AFC... and I don't see myself dating him... and he's a friend of a friend and the man straight up needs .... HELP.
He showed up in a huge blue button down shirt that made him look shorter than he was... I can't even tell you what his jeans looked like as I was so distracted by him wearing the oversized button down shirt and the Adidas shower sandals....
I mean... we're in Buffalo... it's kinna cold.... *rolls eyes*
Maybe at this point I'm starting to realize my experiment is doomed to fail...
because I am no longer AFC.... I have much higher standards, and while trying to maintain some humbleness... I've lost weight because I love my job to the point i get so absorbed in working I forget to eat... and I've learned to dress as a talent scout should.. and I FEEL hotter, thus I've been much more open and able to befriend some on here to the point that I facebook them because lets face it... I'm no longer afraid of what someone thinks of my look because I'm proud of ME now... Yet leading into my problem ... Where the hell am I going to find a guy nearly as entertaining as any of those I've met on here? Ugh.
I'm so uninspired and bored by these guys....
Maybe I just need to give it some time... it's only date 2... The things I do for research... ugh...
But the funniest thing he's said all night....
This other girl that I had been seeing... she's nothing compared to you... *stutter*
[B][I]I mean.... you're just.... giggity...[/I][/B]
At which point I BURST out laughing. I took it as a compliment.... But then he took giggity as a cue to make some rude jokes that I began to start laughing at him then with him... ugh...
He went off on his ex's and seemed desperate... and needy.. and told me he needed to "burry his bone..." and get some "giggity" and need I really say more my dears?
God. I need to move. Someone rescue me from these guys. I'm still not meeting the guys I want... wtf.
I can officially land any AFC desired. Problem is... I want an ALPHA. Grrrr.
Entertain me! C'mon. Please?

Comment by WaterWanter on October 16, 2008 at 12:38pm - Well Fun, I have to agree with OG, you may have to get out there and sarge a bit more alone. Maybe take a weekend trip from Buff to the City and sarge like crazy, then you'll come back to the smaller town and rule the night. Good luck!

Funny thing is Tara, I AM screening these guys! They have to have profile pictures and sending a few messages before meeting... And this guy in particular I had met once before and he seemed okay when we hung out with another friend.
Oh, and I just got out of an LTR, I'm not looking for another one. I'm just out there having FUN!

I looooove family guy but he still sounds like he needs some help . . . and it doesn't sound like you're the girl to help him (unequally matched :)!!! I have a question Fun . . . are you screening these guys and they are still turning out this way . . . or are you setting up dates without profile info. or pics or talking before? just curious!
I hate to say it but if you are looking for a LTR, I usually have run into those guys when I stop looking . . . : ) Good luck on dates 3 and 4!!! Sounds like you're gonna need it ; )

Fun, I love ya sweetie, but this experiment is doomed to fail. Instead of meeting guys online you're gonna have to face your fears of sarging alone and do it. You've got my number and I've got something that'll help. Give me a call and we'll get you squared away.
