I caught then end of this show called The Doctors (Drs) this afternoon and they were talking about colors and health. Here's a few notes from what I can remember.
Sky Blue releases tranquilizing hormones. That's why many hospital workers wear it, sleep aid commericals use it, and the cardiology rooms in hospitals are painted this color. Here's a great way to conquer AA and that nagging little voice in the back of your head telling you "she's out of your league, pal. Don't even bother."
I call these my "Shut Up" and "F**k It" Methods. Why do I call them that? Because I can. That's why!
