Tell Us about yourself

I'm selfish, impatient, and a little insecure. I make mistakes, I am out of control, and at times hard to handle. But if you can't handle me at my worst, then you sure as hell don't deserve me at my best. If you ever want to know anything about me, listen to three songs; Free Bird - Lynyrd Skynyrd, Do You Believe in Magic? - Lovin' Spoonful, & Daughters - John Mayer. They describe me word for word, to a T. If you don't understand me at all after having listened to them, then you never will. Music inspires me, & I often speak through it. If I can't seem to find the words to answer a person, or to express my feelings, I'll have them listen to a song that says it for me. My profile song usually isn't random. It almost always means something. I'd like to have one of those catchy 'About Me' sections that are just oh so trendy & ephemeral, but I'm not trendy, so I guess you just get me. Unadulterated, unedited, outspoken, live for the moment & make it count ME. I'm a little shy at first, but once I get to know you, I'm a completely different person. I'm an artist, so I'm pretty inside my own head a lot, & I think too much about a lot of things. If you could hear the thoughts inside my head, you'd probably think I was really weird. I kind of am, but in a good way. I especially think too much at night, like when I'm trying to sleep... which usually results in me never sleeping. I dabble in all different mediums of art. Right now I'm really into ceramics & graphic design, as well as sculpture. But I'm always doing different things, like stone or wood carving, plaster casting, welding & soldering, glasswork, & anything else you can think of. I'm always moving & I can't stand sitting still for too long. I grew up moving a lot, so I'm used to my life being in boxes. I can have everything I own packed & moved out of state in six hours or less, & have done so on more than one occasion. I have a bad habit of picking up & moving without telling anybody. I move constantly, but I like my gypsy lifestyle. I've lived in a couple states, so a little bit of everywhere is home. I love to travel, it's one of my favorite things in the world. The only reason I work is to save money for my next trip. I fully plan on traveling to see the entire world, & not just the tourist places. I want to see every thing I can possibly see, no matter how remote. If you want to come with me, that's cool. I'm always down for a traveling buddy, but it doesn't bother me to do it alone. I'm also an adrenaline junkie. I want to skydive, base jump, parasail, or anything else that would scare the hell out of most normal people. The way I look at it, I've only got this one life to do everything I ever wanted, & I plan on making the best of every day, & living like it's my last. I'm a fly-by-the-seat-of-my-pants kind of girl, but I make plans as well. I like to do what feels right, not what people think is right. I fully believe in fate & I rely on signs to guide me in life. I think God or the universe sends me little signs when I'm in doubt. I'm a bit of a perfectionist. Well, not exactly a bit, more like a lot. I like to get things right first off, & it annoys me if I don't. I'm also a little OCD. Not like Jack Nicholson in As Good As It Gets, but I'm still an odd duck. Like the volume number on the stereo has to be even, I count steps, & I like things to be symmetrical. Little things like that. My cupid failed archery. Leave me a rad comment, & chances are I'll ♥ you. Life's journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well preserved body, but rather skid in sideways, totally worn out, shouting, "HOLY CRAP... WHAT A RIDE!" -- Unknown.

How would you describe your ideal partner?

In a nutshell: Someone who is not predictable. Someone who won't give a fuck about maintaining a reputation or an attitude and that will pick a flower off of the side of the road to give to me just because he was thinking about me. Someone to sweep me off of my feet, if only after one meeting or discussion. Someone with sincerity so fierce that it makes it hard for me to breathe around him. Someone so passionate about something that it makes tears come to my eyes. Someone who makes me nervous. Someone so unique that it makes him appear almost unreal. Someone to keep up with me. Someone who will come to pick me up at four in the morning, see me in my pajamas and my hair crazy-like with no make-up, and still tell me that I am the most beautiful thing he has ever seen. Someone who will dazzle me with his thoughts on life and love and society and that will in turn listen to my opinions without judgement. Someone that I can open up to, sexually and mentally, that won't think of me as simply a 'piece of ass'. Someone who will come to my window and throws rocks at it because he just wants to see my smiling face for a few seconds. Someone who will appreciate me so much that I won't be able to know how I lived without him. Someone that reciprocates my feelings and that will sit in silence with me and enjoy every single second of us being together. Someone so beautiful inside and out that it seems like another reason to wake up every morning. That's all that I need at this point.

Favorite places to go out?

I love to dance, so clubs with good music are always a plus. Movies. Bookstores [I'm a bookworm]. Concerts & local shows. I love music & listen to any genre of music. My music collection is quite large & varied. Everything from Beethoven to Tool.
