It seriously comes down to de-sensitizing yourself to it. And the way to do that . . . is through repetition. Practice. That's what you have to do and there's no way around it. I know that's not what you want to hear, but it's the truth. However, once you DO get de-sensitized . . . you'll have a WHOLE NEW WORLD opened up to you. Trust me.

You just have to build your "skin" tougher by going through the process. You have to bite the bullet and do it. You could also realize that if you DON'T talk to her, you're likely to never see her again. The only way you're guaranteed to see her again is if you successfully pick her up.
