How ladies can use PU knowledge to over come AA (Approach Anxiety) pt. 2

one bad thing people do is once they get rejected they feel as its the end of world. The key to overcoming this fear is to not worry about rejection. It is not a bad thing how ever does help you grow. Did Edison quit when he ran into a problem? No he simply pushed on not letting minor problems stand in his way and see what happened for him. The point I am getting at is you will break a few eggs to be able to make an omlet. Regardless if it is fear of rejection or any fear what so ever you must remember that for you to over come the fear you must face the fear and over come the obsticel only then will you start to see results and move towards a better life. It does not matter what you read or know if you do not over come your fear of rejection or AA. How may I start towards this way of progression? Simple the only thing you need to do and remember is that by letting your fear conqure you you are letting the fear win when all you need do is simply face the fear such like rejection or AA and start to converse with people at random the more you converse with others the less and less you will have AA. The same goes for rejection if you get rejected do not let rejection get to you instead use it as a tool by telling your self ok I fell off the horse now it is time to get back up dust my self off and do it again. Do not let rejection disincocurage you instead get over it and try again with another and eventually the fear of rejection will no longer be a threat. Be you a lady or a guy we all have emotions and deal with them differently how ever being majority of guys will start to engage a conversation the only thing a lady need to do is simply be her self and say hello. We are all human and will not bite a head off of a person. When a lady wants to PU a guy it is much easier for her to do so by simply saying hello to open a conversation the thing is when a lady does this simply do not look like a slut most guys who are decent or are nice guys will not mess with a lady who they think is a slut due to clothing this is when ladies manage to attract players or guys who use their other head and is why ladies get used. Same thing as for a guy buying a lady a drink for example a guy will most likely not do this being a fair amount of ladies out there go out and see how many free drinks they can get yet at the same time does not even care to find out how the guy is as a person. Fact both ladies and guys have issues majority of issues are looks , low self esteem or even simply worrying that the guy / lady will simply use them for the guys/ladies own wants and / or needs . Most people who are successful do not judge a book by it's cover sort of say. When a person judges a book by it's over what is most likely to happen is that the person will miss out on a good or even great thing if they judge a person like this. Not only that but it is most likely that a person will not find happiness with in their life unless they are lucky pure and simple. Their are some guys who are right in front of your nose like this yet by having to high of DHV will less likely give the person a chance to find the guy / lady of their dreams sort of say. How do I know this? Simple at one point I was one of these people with either a Low DHV or too much of a DHV the thing to remember as I had done is simply do not judge a person by using DHV too much or even lowering your own DHV too much. Give a person a chance take a risk and see chemistry work. The least place in the world you will ever expect to find happiness is right in under your nose 9/10 of the time. Make friends and get to know them not only as a friend but as a person.
